Return Policy for online purchases

We want to help! If you have questions regarding your online purchase, please contact us.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately.

Original sales receipt must accompany ALL returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only, no refunds. After 30 days, we will not refund nor exchange any item for any reason. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please contact us if you intend to return your purchase so we can anticipate your shipment. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Items marked "final sale" at time of purchase may not be returned for refund or exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee applied to returns that are missing packaging, parts, instructions, have damaged packaging or have items within the packaging unsealed or unwrapped. Open Lampe Berger fragrance may not be returned.

It may be necessary to send your refunds in the form of a check if we cannot credit the payment method. This would be payable to the buyer and mailed to the address the buyer gave at time of purchase. Refunds cannot be given to gift recipients.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. You are welcome to make returns or exchanges in our physical store location.
