Return Policy for online purchases

We want to help! If you have questions regarding your online purchase, please contact us.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately.

Original sales receipt must accompany ALL returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only, no refunds. After 30 days, we will not refund nor exchange any item for any reason. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Items marked "final sale" at time of purchase may not be returned for refund or exchange.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for authorized returned items that are missing packaging, parts, instructions, have damaged packaging or have items within the packaging unsealed or unwrapped.

Any refunds made will be in the form of a check payable to the buyer and mailed to the address the buyer gave at time of purchase.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. You are welcome to make returns or exchanges in our physical store location; all elements of our return policy listed here apply.
